Let your child’s imagination soar while they are the master of their own cartoon. Young producers will work together to dream up an original story, develop characters, music, SFX and be the voice behind their very own cartoon!
Workshop includes:
-Character Development (drawing, writing and voicing your own characters)
-Background and Prop Design
-Story Development and Scripting
-Music/SFX
-DVD of your own cartoon movie

“Creating the Cartoon Theme Song”
Small Factory Productions in collaboration with Childrens Museum of Manhatten is offering “Creating the Cartoon Theme Song” workshop on January 23rd at 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm.
Small Factory Productions will let your child’s imagination soar while exploring the use of sound and introducing them to the creative process of developing an original cartoon theme song. Referencing the kid-created cartoons featured on the TV series “Small Factory Flicks” airing on NYC Life, budding producers will experience the fun of song writing using real instruments and digital audio technology to produce their very own cartoon theme song. Teamwork will be highlighted and cartoon sound effects will also be examined….Don’t miss the fun – ‘bop,’ ‘bam,’ ‘boing’ – Join the Jam!
